- In a non stick pan, add khova Kheer, grated almonds and cashew with 1 teaspoon of crushed Sugar, stir foe 2 to 3inutes.
- Keep aside the khova Kheer stuffing. Allow it to cool.
- Now in a bowl mix refined flour, 1 teaspoon of oil, baking powder, cooking soda, and water.Make a soft dough.
- Now out of this dough make small round balls.Now roll each ball like a Puri.
- Take one Puri, place one teaspoon of kheer stuffing and cover it with another Puri, seal the sides, and then give desired shape.
- Now deep fry each chandrakala and keep it aside.
- Now in a pan add sugar and 1 cup of water, start boiling unless it becomes sticky.Sugar syrup is ready.
- Now dip each chandrakala in sugar syrup and keep it on a plate, serve decorated with crushed pistachio.
