  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Eggs
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Oregano
  • Cucumber
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Take wheat flour, salt, and water and make a normal dough. Then add a little oil and mix it again. Let it rest for 20 minutes. For stuffing, take some mayonnaise in a bowl and add green bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, onion, crushed pepper powder, salt, oregano, tomato sauce and mix well. Keep aside. Take one egg in a bowl and beat it. Add seasoning according to your taste. Take the dough and roll it on to make big roti. Transfer it on a hot pan to cook. Cook both the sides. Apply little ghee on both the sides and take it in a plate. Heat some butter on a pan, also add some oil. Pour the egg mixture on it On this keep the cooked roti or chapati, cook for 1 min. Turn it other side slowly, and take out in a plate. Take the chapati spread the mayonnaise,veggies mix on egg coated chapati, and roll the chapati tightly over the stuffing Serve hot.
