  • Egg
  • Large Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Bengal gram
  • Oil
  • Dosa batter
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a kadai.Heat it and add a spoon of coconut oil. Add mustard seeds and bengal grams to it
  • Chop the onion ,chillies and coriander leaves finely.
  • Add onions and chillies to the kadai.
  • Now take two eggs ,whisk them nicely so that you get fluffy fluffy Paniyaram.
  • To the whisked eggs,add 2 spoons of dosa batter,salt ,finely chopped coriander leaves,sauted onions and chillies
  • Take Paniyaram pan ,add coconut oil and start pouring the batter into it. Keep the stove in a medium flame ,so that batter boils & gets fluffy with golden brown colour.
  • Serve them hot.It goes well with any chutneys!! Especially Onion Chutney. Do try it out guys!!

Notes/Tips

In case you get suprise guests in the morning breakfast time!!No worries , even if you run out of batter & ideas.If you have 2 eggs, It would do wonders and make your guests impressed with that fluffy fluffy Paniyaram!! So go ahead.Happy Cooking
