- In a pan add 1/2 tspn ghee & then add curry leaves and fry them.
- Once done transfer the curry leaves into a bowl and in the same pan add ghee.
- Then add the cashew and fry then add cashew and fry them until they turn golden brown.
- Once done add curry leaves, salt,chat masala, red chilli powder and give it a mix
- Your chatpate masala kaju is ready.
