2 cups green peas/ hari matar
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Clean and wash the peas.heat oil in a skillet add cumin seeds when it splutter add green peas.saute on high flame for 2 minutes
Add Chilli flakes, pepper powder snd salt mix well. Saute for 3-4 minutes then cover and cook on simmer for 10 minutes or until the peas turn soft
Check it when it cooked well turn the flame high and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.switch off the flame. Serve hot with tea.
