- For burger buns, take 1 cup warm milk, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl. Leave it for 15 minutes so that it becomes frothy.
- Add 1 and half teaspoon of olive oil to the prepared yeast.
- Take all purpose flour in a large bowl and add salt.
- Add the prepared yeast and oil mixture to the flour.
- Knead the soft dough and leave it for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour it became double in size.
- Make large size balls out of the dough and place them on a baking tray for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the balls. Mix some butter in the milk and brush it on the dough balls.
- Pre-heat the oven and bake the buns at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- After baking the buns, immediately apply butter on the buns.
- For chicken cutlets, grind boneless chicken in a mixer and take it in a bowl.
- Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and egg to it.
- Then add chaat masala, lemon juice and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Make cutlets by mixing all the ingredients well.
- Now deep fry these cutlets by coating them in the remaining bread crumbs. Fry the cutlets till golden brown.
- Now cut the buns from the middle and apply mayonnaise on both the sides.
- Now place cheese slices on it by placing chicken cutlets.
- Place the cucumber, onion pieces on the cheese slices.
- keep the other piece of the bun on it and serve immediately.
