Ingredients

  • 1 packet Sandwich Bread
  • 200 gram shredded cheese
  • 100 gram butter
  • 1 bowl capsicum coriander chutney
  • 1 bowl shredded cabbage
  • 1 bowl capsicum piece
  • 1 bowl onion piece
  • as per taste Red chilli powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 cup coriander leave
  • as required Sandwich masala as per necessary

Instructions

  • Make a capsicum chutney. Sprinkle a red chilli powder and salt in onion capsicum, cabbage pieces separately. Mix well.
  • Spread a butter on three bred slices for one sandwich. Spread a chutney above butter. Make a vegetables layer on two slices.
  • Put a one vegetables layered slice on plate. Spread a cheese above vegetables. Sprinkle coriander leave and sandwich masala.Put another vegetable layers slice above. Spread a cheese and sprinkle coriander leave, masala above. Than covered with butteršŸ§ˆ and chutney layered slice.
  • Heat the greased nonstick tawa on medium flame. Put the sandwich on tawa and bake till both sides are golden brown. Remove on flame and cut the Sandwich

Notes/Tips

A very ein, yummy, Cheese Ghungara Sandwich is ready for serve. Garnish with cheese and serve with tomato sauce and chutney.
