- 1. In a blender, add coriander, spinach, green chillies, garlic, peas, roasted muskmelon seeds, roasted sesame seeds and blend it well.
- Roast a capsicum directly on flame and chop it. Add this in the blender along with salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil and blend well.
- In a pan, add butter and saute onions and corns in it.
- Then add the prepared paste to it and cook for a minute.
- Add pasta with a little water and cook it for 2 more minutes. Garnish it with grated cheese and oregano and it's done.
