Notes/Tips

1. Keep the batter in fridge overnight for best results. 2. Keep batter outside fridge for 20 mins before making the dish. 3. Cook uttapam for 3 minutes on each side ( low flame ) and then add cheese and cook for another minute on low flame. 4. Spread batter evenly with hands and do not make it too thin. 5. Heat tawa to very high flame then rub with oil to make it non-stick. And you are done!!!
