  • Boiled potato
  • Cheese cube
  • Cornflour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Mixed herbs
  • Salt
  • blackPeaper
  • Chilly flax

Instructions

  • Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl add cornflour salt n peaper ,some chilly flax .Make a soft dough from above ingredients .Now take a small Portion, make lemon size balls out of it
  • Make all balls from the Dough .Now flattened the Ball put the small amount of grated cheese joining the end make a smooth ball
  • Make all balls by filling cheese. make a slurry Of 1tbsp Cornflour with some water now rollthe balls in it add rollon in breadcrumbs Deepfry balls in medium hot oil .
  • Serve hot.
