- Take a bowl and add water and spinach cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame and let it comes to cool. Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard,chopped tomato,onion,green chillies and saute well. Let it cool. Then take a blender and add Spinach,and tomato mixture in it and blend well. Then add this in pan and add water,followed by salt, turmeric powder,garam masala, corinader powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder and mix well. Then add grated cheese and butter and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the cubed paneer pieces and thick cream and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame and serve hot with naan, chapathi.
