- Boil oil in the non-stick pan. Add bay leaves crushed garlic, jeera and let it splutter. Add chopped tomatoes and saute it medium high heat and cook to continue.
- Add paneer pieces and Italian herbs, turmeric powder, red chilli powder one after another and saute it occasionally and cook to continue. Add milk powder and combine all evenly everything carefully.
- Now add chopped cheese and cook to continue.
- Add water to the same pan and bring to a boil and saute occasionally if needed, and cook to continue. Now boil in simmer position for ten minutes or till the curry is well cooked. Switched off the burner spread green onions and give it a mix.
- Serve with rice or roti or paratha.
