Ingredients

  • Grated processed chesse
  • 200 grams puff pastry dough
  • Refined flour
  • Milk for brushing
  • Red chilli powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180ºC. Dust a worktop with some flour, place the dough on it and roll out to make a thin sheet. Cut the sheet into a rectangular sheet. Brush some milk on top. Sprinkle some chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, cheese and sea salt on top. Cut the sheet into 3 inches long strips using a pizza cutter, twist them and put onto a baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
