Cheesy Masala Paratha (from left over khichdi)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Leftover khichdi
  • 1/4 th cup Dahi
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 th cup jowar flour
  • 1 tbsp chilli ginger paste
  • 1 tsp asafoetida, turmeric powder and salt
  • Water(as per need)
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take one cup left over khichdi (it can be any type of khichdi too) i have used plain khichdi
  • Take a bowl and add khichdi,wheat flour, jowar flour
  • Then add haldi,oil, asafoetida, salt, dahi, chopped chilli and ginger and cheese.
  • Now make a semi soft dough out of it with water
  • Roll thin parathas out of the dough and then shallow fry the parathas on tawa
  • Parathas are ready to grab your hunger
