- Firstly place a pot of water over medium heat. Once the water comes to a boil add broccoli florets and boil for 4 minutes.
- Once the broccoli done, drain the water and season it with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Now make a cheese sauce. Heat a pan add butter and flour. Stir well. Once the flour changes its colour add milk.
- Add cheese. Stir the cheese in well and allow it to cook until the cheese melt into a cheese sauce and thicken.
- Now add broccoli coat well with cheesy sauce. Add more cheese if you like extra cheese.
- Serve hot as an evening starter.
