Ingredients

  • 200 grams Chena. (approx)
  • 1 raw banana
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 pinch Turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying
  • 2-3 tbsp Maida

Instructions

  • Boil raw banana + potato, crush chilli + ginger and keep aside.
  • Mix potato + raw banana + Chena + salt + garam masala + ginger + chilli + maida and mix nicely, it will take shape of dough.
  • Give shape of tikkis and shallow fry both sides till golden brown.
  • Tikki is ready to serve.
