Chenna aur Nariyal ke laddu

Ingredients

  • Chenna
  • Desiccated nariyal
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cardamom pods powdered
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Rose water
  • Finely chopped almonds
  • Kesar strands soaked in milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl add fresh grated or mashed Chenna with powdered sugar.
  • In a kadahi add desiccated nariyal and sugar stir them for around 7-8 minutes. Take it off the flame, add cardamom powder, kesar and rose water and mix it.
  • Mix Chenna and nariyal mixture together. Shape them to form ladoos and garnish with chopped almonds.

Notes/Tips

Try to use fresh chenna for better taste of ladoos
