Cherry Red velvet cake

Ingredients

  • 1+1/2 cups maida
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup desi ghee or cooking oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5-6 drops red colour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pack dry cherries

Instructions

  • Sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Then add ghee, milk combine all.
  • Then add vanilla essence, red colour, mix well. if the consistency is thick then add a little more milk and stir well.
  • Grease the heart shape baking tray pour the barter into it. Just dab. Then keep this for baking in the preheated Kadai for 35 to 45 min. for baking.Check-in between.
  • When the cake gets ready transfer to a serving plate decorated with cherries n celebrate.
