- In pan heat the oil, add garlic chutney, onion, ginger Chilli paste and tomato. Cook it well by adding seasoning to it.
- Now add white Peas and mix well. Make sure mixture is dry. Now cool the mixture at room temperature.
- Now apply butter on bread slices and green chutney too. Now stuff the stuffing and put the cheese slice on it and cover with another bread slice and grill it.
- Serve it hot with chutney.
