Ingredients

  • 200 ml Dahi/curd
  • 2 litre water
  • pinch Hing /asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Normal salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • handful boondi
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper

Instructions

  • Whisking curd with the help of hand whisker
  • Add water, salt and red pepper in it
  • Now heat the tawa add 1 drop oil spread jeera and hing when aroma becomes switch of the gas.
  • Now add hing jeera in kanji, boondi and coriander leaves.
  • Now ready chhachh kanji serve it with puri and aloo ki sabji. Very tasty
