- Soak white peas for 6-8 hours.Cook them with 3 cups of water and 1/2 tbsp salt in a pressure cooker.After 2 whistle cook for about 7-10 minutes on low flame.
- Till that cut all the vegetables like tomato, onion, ginger, green chilli and lemon. Now add matar in a bowl.
- Now mix onion, tomato, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice and chaat masala. Bake the kucha on heated tawa. serve mater with Kulcha.
