Ingredients

  • Chia seed
  • Almond milk
  • Honey/maple syrup/jaggery
  • Granola
  • Almond, cashew, walnut, raisin
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and honey. Refrigerate them for atleast 2 hours. I prefer using nut milk as According to ayurveda fruits and milk are not a good combination to be consumed together.
  • While serving add granola, choice of fruits, nuts and raisins. Flavour can be changed by adding syrups and powders(cocoa, coffee )etc..
