- Take a mixing bowl , add drumsticks , marinate it with all the given ingredients of marination . Keep aside .
- Take a heavy bottom wok or pan , add oil , heat it . Add tejpata & bari ilaichi , saute it for a sec .
- Now add zeera , let it splutter . Add onions now , stir fry it till light brown .
- Add haldi , dhania & red chilli powder , give a stir . Now add marinated chicken drumsticks , stir fry it for 5 minutes .
- Add tomato 🍅 puree now , also add salt , give a stir . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it till oil has oozed out .
- Take a pan , add all the given ingredients of gravy masala , dry roast it for 5 minutes . Cook it , grind it to a fine powder . Add 2 tsp in the chicken , stir it for 5 minutes .
- Now add 2 cup boiled water , give a boil . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick .
- Switch off the flame , open the lid after 10 minutes .
- Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta b.
- Have it with Tandoori Roti or Lachcha Paratha ..
