Ingredients

  • 5 chicken drumsticks
  • For marination..1 tsp garlic ,
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp green chili paste ,
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • For Gravy Masala..
  • 2 tbsp dhania sabit ,
  • 5 choti ilaichi ,
  • 1 tbsp kali mirch sabit ,
  • 5 laung ,
  • 4 bari ilaichi ,
  • 1/2 tsp zeera ,
  • Small pc of javitri,
  • 1/4 tsp saunf sabit ,
  • 5 tbsp oil ( any ) ,
  • 1 tejpata & 1 bari ilaichi ,
  • 1)4 tsp zeera ,
  • 2 med sized onion chopped finely ,
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder ,
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder ,
  • 1 tsp dhania powder ,
  • 4 tbsp fresh tomato puree , ,
  • Salt to taste ,
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee ,

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl , add drumsticks , marinate it with all the given ingredients of marination . Keep aside .
  • Take a heavy bottom wok or pan , add oil , heat it . Add tejpata & bari ilaichi , saute it for a sec .
  • Now add zeera , let it splutter . Add onions now , stir fry it till light brown .
  • Add haldi , dhania & red chilli powder , give a stir . Now add marinated chicken drumsticks , stir fry it for 5 minutes .
  • Add tomato 🍅 puree now , also add salt , give a stir . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it till oil has oozed out .
  • Take a pan , add all the given ingredients of gravy masala , dry roast it for 5 minutes . Cook it , grind it to a fine powder . Add 2 tsp in the chicken , stir it for 5 minutes .
  • Now add 2 cup boiled water , give a boil . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick .
  • Switch off the flame , open the lid after 10 minutes .
  • Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta b.
  • Have it with Tandoori Roti or Lachcha Paratha ..

It's a dhaba style recipe..quite delicious..easy to prepare..
