  • Minced Chicken
  • Onions (Finely Chopped)
  • Oil
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Garlic Oregano
  • Garam Masala
  • Chilly Flakes
  • Maggie Masala
  • White Cheese Dressing Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Peri Peri Spice
  • Garlic Butter
  • Water
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Take 2 Cup Flour in a mixing bowl and add 2 table spoon oregano, 2 table spoon chilly flakes. add water slowly in the bowl and make a fine tight dough. brush little oil and leave it to rest
  • take a non stick pan. add the chopped onion. oil and Saute until they are light brown in color. add the minced chicken and let it cook for about 5 minutes. add 1 ml oli and give it one stir. cover the lid of the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Open the lid and add the spice (garam Masala, 1 packet maggie masala)and let it cook Until the keema leave the oil. Once its cooked give it a good stir and keep it aside
  • make two balls out of the dough and flatten them like roti(S). Take a non stick pan and cook one side of both the rotis 100 % and cook the other side 30%
  • apply mayonnaise on both the 100% cooked side of the rotis, add the chicken on one of the roti on top of the mayonnaise layer and spread evenly, add white cheese Dressing, evenly grate cheese, sprinkle left over garlic Oregano, Chilly flakes and maggie m
  • cover it with the other roti. while keeping the mayonnaise layer down. now cook both the side of the roti making sure the filling Doesn't come out. cook till both the outer layers are golden brown
  • cut 4 pieces evenly, sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes and serve

Notes/Tips

1. Paneer, Corn and Cheese or Onion and Capsicum can be used for vegan Options 2. mozzarella cheese can be used instead of processed Cheese 3. Pizza Sauce Can be used instead of Mayonnaise
