Ingredients

  • Minced chicken
  • basmati Rice soaked in Water for 20mins
  • Finely chopped Garlic
  • Refined oil
  • Red chilly powder
  • Salt
  • All purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  • Mix finely chopped garlic ,refined oil and all other spices in raw minced chicken . Then mix it well using a spoon or your own hand.Keep aside for few minutes.
  • take ThePre Soaked basmati Rice on a plate and spread it evenly.
  • Make small balls of the raw minced chicken mixed with the spices (in step1) .
  • Roll each of The minced chicken balls on the pre soaked Basmati Rice ,spread on the Plate so that the rice gets stuck on the chicken balls.
  • Repeat the same step for making all the balls and place them on a steamer . Steam them until the rice is cooked properly .

Notes/Tips

use only basmati rice as it takes lesser time to Cook.Basmati rice gives a unique texture that Cannot be obtained with other types of rice.
