Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder, pepper, salt, Pudina powder 1/4ts
  • Garam masala, cumin powder, dhaniya powder 1/2tsp
  • Kaju paste 2tbsp
  • Cheese 1tbsp
  • Mint and coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Lemon 1tbsp
  • Cream 2tbsp

Instructions

  • Marinade the chicken with hund curd and spices
  • Roast the chicken tikka for 30 mins on slow flame

Notes/Tips

Coat it with some butter and serve it with green chutney
