Chicken 1/2 kg
Hung curd 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder, pepper, salt, Pudina powder 1/4ts
Garam masala, cumin powder, dhaniya powder 1/2tsp
Kaju paste 2tbsp
Cheese 1tbsp
Mint and coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Lemon 1tbsp
Cream 2tbsp

Instructions

Marinade the chicken with hund curd and spices
Roast the chicken tikka for 30 mins on slow flame

Notes/Tips

Coat it with some butter and serve it with green chutney
