Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
  • 2 Chikoo, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar, as per taste
  • A pinch of cardamom (optional)
  • Chopped almonds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add yogurt, chikoo and sugar. Blend them till the mixture is frothy.
  • Check the consistency of lassi, if lassi is too thick add little water or milk as desired. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of chikoo. Make sure the curd is not sour preferably use fresh thick curd (if curd is sour add little milk in it). If you want to serve immediately, add ice-cubes while blending.
