  • Baby Spinach
  • Chickpeas
  • Curry Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Vegetable broth
  • Coconut Milk
  • Sweet Potato
  • Cauliflower
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in the pan over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and onion to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Add pan mixture into the slow cooker with remaining ingredients except for spinach.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add spinach and stir well. Serve with rice and enjoy.
