- Peel the chikkus and mash them with hand. ( After removing the seeds ).
- Heat ghee in a thick bottomed kadai and fry dry nuts. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same kadai, add mashed chikus and saute for 5 mins.
- Add khoya and sugar. Keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
- Add elaichi powder and fried dry nuts.
