Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Nestle Milkmaid Can
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Maple syrup
  • Salt
  • Orange Water
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • Cut Carrots in medium size circles and boil them in water and add maple syrup and salt
  • On a medium heat pan .. add nestle milkmaid, cinnamon powder, milk, cardamom powder and orange water
  • Drain the carrots when they are medium to full boiled.
  • In a chilling bowl, place a layer of the mixture first and then place boiled carrot rings one next to the other as a next layer. Keep repeating this until the bowl is fully layered or carrot and the mixture is remaining .
  • When chilled depending on the temperature, remove it from the bowl and cut it into bricks! Garnish it with dry fruits!

Notes/Tips

Do not over boil or under-boil the carrots! And maintain the medium thickness of milkmaid and milk mixture.
