Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chilled curd
  • Cucumber 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Dry roast cumin seeds
  • Chaat masala1/2 spoon
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Green chillies chopped 2

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl pour 1/2litre chilled curdand beat it
  • Now add fresh cream,salt, chopped chillies, coriander leaves, diced cucumber,chat masala, chopped carrot and mix it.
  • Now the fresh cucumber raitha is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Serve cool.
