Chilli Basil Paneer

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp schezwan chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspn chilli flakes
  • Some basil leaves

Instructions

  • First cut the paneer into big cubes then transfer them into a bowl. Then add schezwan chilli sauce and marinate the paneer
  • Now take a pan add oil once the oil is heated add the marinated paneer cubes and roast it until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Once done transfer it into a bowl in the same pann add 1 tspn oil then add chilli flakes chopped basil leaves and paneer cubes and give it a mix
  • Then add sesame seeds and give it a mix. Your chilli basil paneer is ready.

Serve it with green chutney
