Instructions

  • In a mixie jar, take all the ingredients mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly, ginger, roasted peanuts, lemon juice and salt. Add very little water and grind into a thick smooth paste. Keep this aside. Now, in a bowl take grated cheese, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli and very little salt, Give a mix. Now, we are going to use three breads for one sandwich. Take the first bread, spread butter and green chutney. Then evenly put cheese mix. Now, take the second bread and spread butter, green chutney. Now, place the second bread on the top of the first one(green chutney facing inside). On the top, again spread butter, chutney and put cheese mix. Finally, take the third bread. Spread butter and green chutney on one side. Put it on the top of two breads. Repeat the same for second sandwich. Heat a pan over medium heat, put little butter. Then place one assembled sandwich in the pan. To grill the bread evenly, place an empty pan on top of the bread. Grill the bread for 2 to 3 minutes. Now, flip the sandwich. Again place the pan on top. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
