Chilli paneer with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 2 medium size carrots cut into round sliced
  • 5-7 green beans cut into small pieces
  • 1 green capsicum cut into sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger Julienne cut
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cornflour mix into 1-1.5 cup water

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a pan add paneer cubes and toss for 1-2 minutes
  • Now in a same pan heat olive oil add onion, chillies, ginger and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the capsicum, carrot, green beans, saute for another 1 min. (Don't over cook the vegetables)
  • Add soya sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and Schezwan sauce, mix and let it cook for 1 minutes.
  • Add salt, white pepper powder,red chili flakes. Mix it well.
  • Add the cornflour slurly. Mix well and let the sauce thicken (1 to 2 minutes)
  • Adjust the spices and more water if required. Add the paneer pieces and gently mix everything together.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer the Chilli paneer in a bowl..and serve it hot.
