- In a deep bottom pan, cook the spaghetti in boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
- Take a pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped bell peppers and broccoli.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and black pepper. Saute it.
- Add pureed tomatoes and salt to taste. Stir well.
- Mix properly with soya sauce, vinegar and schezwan sauce. Cover and cook the vegetables for few minutes until it becomes soft but crispy.
- Toss the drained spaghetti in it. Combine well. Serve hot. Enjoy!!
