- In a bowl, mix together milk, vinegar and oil.
- Using a sieve, sieve out the dry ingredients; wheat flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, coffee powder, cocoa powder and jaggery powder into it.
- Mix together to make a smooth lump free batter. Add in vanilla essence and mix.
- Take the idli mould and grease it with oil before pouring the prepared batter in it.
- Make sure to add enough water in the idli pan and bring it to a boil then place your idli moulds inside it and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- To check whether they are cooked or not, you can pierce a toothpick or a knife into it and if comes out clean, then it's done.
- Once cooked perfectly, remove them in a plate and garnish with chocolate syrup.
