- Mix the yeast, sugar and water in a bowl and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Take a bowl and add flour, cocoa powder and sugar into it. Add the yeast mixture and with the help of sone water,knead a soft dough.
- Add Butter to the dough and keep kneading properly for 15-20 Minutes.
- Leave the dough covered in a warm environment for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough of about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out donuts out of it with the help of A donut cutter or Glass.
- Leave the donuts covered with a damp cloth for another 15 minutes for second round of proofing.
- Fry the in refined oil on medium heat till the become golden brown.
- For the chocolate glaze- melt the white compound in a double boiler, add mint extract and a few drops of green food colour to it after taking off the heat.
- Dip the Donuts in the chocolate glaze and decorate them with chocolate sprinklers and mint leaves.
