- Whisk together melted butter and sugar in a bowl until it’s combined
- Add cocoa powder, coffee and mix well
- Add flour and baking powder and Whisk again. Now add milk and combine everything into a smooth batter without lumps
- Grease ramekin moulds and pur batter in it upto 3/4th portion. Insert pieces Of chocolate in centre, and Peanut butter in between the pieces as per your liking.
- Cover this with the remaining batter. Bake in microwave at 180 deg. C. For 14 mins At convection mode.
- Let it stand for a few minutes, cool it for another 2-3 minutes and invert the mould Onto a plate and Enjoy.
