Choco-Peanut Butter Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • Melted Butter
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • Instant coffee powder
  • Dark chocolate pieces
  • Peanut butter (Plain/crunchy)
  • Baking powder
  • Milk
  • All purpose flour

Instructions

  • Whisk together melted butter and sugar in a bowl until it’s combined
  • Add cocoa powder, coffee and mix well
  • Add flour and baking powder and Whisk again. Now add milk and combine everything into a smooth batter without lumps
  • Grease ramekin moulds and pur batter in it upto 3/4th portion. Insert pieces Of chocolate in centre, and Peanut butter in between the pieces as per your liking.
  • Cover this with the remaining batter. Bake in microwave at 180 deg. C. For 14 mins At convection mode.
  • Let it stand for a few minutes, cool it for another 2-3 minutes and invert the mould Onto a plate and Enjoy.

Notes/Tips

Knife the rim Of the Cake before Demoulding. Do not use excess butter. You can skip peanut butter if allergic.
