- Roast and grind peanuts & sesame (keep 1/2 the sesame whole)
- In a pan, add ghee & jaggery till it melts and starts bubbling. Add 1 tbsp milk. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- While the mix is still warm, start making laadoos. Keep them in the fridge for 10-15 min and then reshape into a better shape.
- Once properly chilled, melt chocolate on a double boiler. Dip laaddoos into it and then in sesame !
