Choco filled jowar cookies(gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 1 big bowl Jowar(sorghum) flour-
  • 1/2 bowl Powdered sugar-
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder-
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda-
  • as per taste salt -pinch
  • 1/2 bowl Butter
  • 1/2 bowl Chocolate syrup-

Instructions

  • First of all beat the butter n sugar powder.
  • Beat till it changes it colour n becomes fluffy.
  • Now strain jowar flour, along with baking powder n soda n pinch of salt.
  • Now mix this dry flour into butter n sugar mixture n make soft dough.
  • Now take small balls out of this dough n press in between n give the shape of cookies.
  • Now bake this cookies in a greased baking tray at 150 degree centigrade for 15 mins.
  • Once done, take it out n cool it. Once it cools down it becomes soft n crispy.
  • Now fill the hole in cookies with chocolate syrup n serve with tea or coffee.
