- Take a pan pour water and heat it on a high flame,now take a bowl take a chocolate in it and heat it until it melts now add butter and 2tsp cocoa powder and half cup of powdered sugar into it.
- Now firstly take a ramekin coat it with butter and coat it with refined flour and then gently tap the ramekin upside down so that the excess flour falls down.
- Now take a bowl, take 2 cups of refined flour and add half cup of sugar into it. Now slowly add a the mixture of the chocolate into it add 2tsp of vanilla essence and half tsp of baking powder. And fold it properly.
- Now using a ladle pour the mixture in the ramekins. Add a piece of dark chocolate in it and cover it again with the mixture.
- Now place it in a pre heated steamer for 4-5 mins or bake it in the oven at 230°C for 7-8 mins. Now gently remove the cake from the moulds and serve warm.
- For plating, take a white colour plate sieve it with cocoa Powder place the cake in the Centre and garnish it with Apple slices And mint leaf.
- Now put a knife or fork to it and see the lava oozing Out.
