- Firstly soak the chia seeds in the almond milk for at least two hours. In a small bowl take some 9f the milk and unsweetened cocoa powder and mix it uniformly. Add the honey in it and again mix and set aside.
- Now in a mixer jar, take half a cup dates (without the seeds) and add the cocoa powder-milk mixture and blend smoothly.
- After two hours take out the chia-milk mixture from refrigerator and add the cocoa powder-dates mix in it and incorporate properly and top it with some freshly cut apples, sliced almonds and some more dates or any other fruits you have in your mind!
