Chocolate Chia Dates Pudding

  • Chia seeds
  • Almond milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • Dates
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Honey
  • Apple
  • Almonds

Instructions

  • Firstly soak the chia seeds in the almond milk for at least two hours. In a small bowl take some 9f the milk and unsweetened cocoa powder and mix it uniformly. Add the honey in it and again mix and set aside.
  • Now in a mixer jar, take half a cup dates (without the seeds) and add the cocoa powder-milk mixture and blend smoothly.
  • After two hours take out the chia-milk mixture from refrigerator and add the cocoa powder-dates mix in it and incorporate properly and top it with some freshly cut apples, sliced almonds and some more dates or any other fruits you have in your mind!

Notes/Tips

You can use bananas, berries and strawberries to top the pudding. And if possible do use dark chocolate along with the cocoa powder. It would be much more healthier.
