  • White chocolate compound
  • Milk chocolate compound
  • Chocolate Colors
  • Real Leaves

Instructions

  • Using a double boiler, melt some white chocolate and separate it in 3 different bowls, add orange and green to 2 bowls and 1 remains white only
  • On a parchment paper or butter paper, make small circles of each color to make a flower, roll out white chocolate on a long sheet, fold into circle and chocolate set in freeze for 3-4 min
  • Meanwhile use paint brush and coat leaves into three colors and let it set in freeze for 3-4 min, meanwhile melt milk chocolate in a separate bowl
  • Pour out chocolate on butter paper to make a tree and circle out some chocolate to make branches, let it set in Freeze
  • use same colored chocolate circles and using melted chocolate to combine chocolate pieces make flowers, let it set in freeze and remove leaves from leave chocolate
  • Now use white chocolate long strips to boundary garden and assemble all components

Notes/Tips

Handle chocolate items with care, water should not contact chocolate
