  • Dates
  • Dry fruits
  • Soaked anjoor
  • Melted Dark chocolate
  • Poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Slit the dates and deseed.
  • Grind the soaked anjoor into Paste adding water. Heat a pan ,add anjoor and dry fruits (of your choice). Stir the mixture till it leaves the pan. Let it cool
  • Stuff the mixture in dates and freeze for 10minutes.
  • Take out the dates from fridge and roll in melted chocolate. Repeat the same with remaining Dates Sprinkle the poppy seeds on dates. And enjoy the dates

Notes/Tips

It is healthy and energetic sweet without any sugar, jaggery or honey. Children love to eat as dipped in chocolate.
