  • All purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • Oil
  • Vanilla essence
  • Chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven @180°C for 10 minutes.
  • In A Mug Add In The Flour, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt. Mix Them Until Well Incorporated.
  • Add in the milk, oil, vanilla essence and mix well and make a smooth batter.
  • Add in the chocolate in the center and gently press it down with a fork or with your finger.
  • Place the mug in a preheated oven and bake @180° C for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for few minutes. Dust it with powdered sugar which is optional. Serve it as it is or with toppings of your choice.

Notes/Tips

The Center Will Be Soft, Don’t Think It’s Under Baked. It’s The Gooey Chocolate. Do Not Over Bake It.
