- First for we will cut the chocolate into small pieces then microwave for 30 seconds and again 30 seconds become melt and mix properly chocolate becomes in liquid form.
- Now we will take a paper glass and coated chocolate from inside properly after them keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Now we will take a fry Pan add mango Puree and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in medium heat mango puree looking shiny become a smooth shiny glaze then turn off the flame keep aside and cool it.
- Now we will take a big bowl and having whipping cream by electric beater then cream becomes very fluffy hand become a strict weak then add cool Mango puree and mix properly.
- Now ice cream better in a chocolate cup and covered by aluminum foil and in the center set an ice cream stick and keep the refrigerator for 7 to 8 hours.
