  • Milk powder
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Castor sugar
  • Oil
  • Vanilla essence
  • Milk
  • Curd
  • Honey
  • Mawa
  • Cashew nuts
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes . Mix all the dry ingredients uniformly with a whisk. Blend oil,vanilla essence and castor sugar or sugar powder with the help of hand mixer to a smooth paste Add in 1/2 of the milk ,curd ,and blend again to make a smooth paste Add in crumbled mawa Mix all the ingredients uniformly with the help of hand mixer Add in 1/2 cup of honey and Blend. Add this uniformly mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients little at a time and mix slowly with the help of spatula. Add remaining milk and mix. Add in fine chopped cashew nuts to the cake batter and mix Now your cake batter is ready,make sure cake batter should not have dropping like consistency. Grease 2 number of baking dish with oil Spoon the cake batter in both the cake tin.upto 1/2 level and spread some cashew nuts . Keep both the tins inside the preheated oven for baking. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 35 minutes After baking is completed take out the cake tin and keep it on the wire rack for cooling. Slide down your knife all over the cake tin and demold the cake by gently tapping with your fingers on the back of the cake tin. Cut into pieces and serve once it is cool.
