1 cup maida
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp choco chips
1 tbsp nutella

Instructions

Take maida, baking powder, baking soda,cocoa powder and sieve into a bowl.
In another bowl mix sugar powder, oil, vinegar.
Now add dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
With help of milk make a lump free batter.
Add vanilla essence.
Now grease the appe pan. Add small amount of batter in each mould.
Add 1tsp of nutella in each mould and cover with batter. Sprinkle some choco chip.
Now cook about 2 minutes.
Yummy chocolate appe is ready to serve.
