Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 1/4 oil
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Sugar syrup
  • 2cup fresh cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl take sugar, oil, whisk and mix well until sugar melts completely.
  • 2. Place a sieve and add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sieve the flour and make sure there are no lumps.
  • Mix all wet and dry ingredients Prepare smooth consistency batter to prepare cake
  • now transfer the cake batter to a cake mould make sure to line a butter paper at the bottom to prevent from sticking.
  • place the cake pan into preheated oven preheat and bake at 180-degree celsius for 45 minutes. insert a toothpick and check if the cake has baked completely. cool the cake and then unmould the chocolate cake.
  • Cut it into layer soak the cake with sugar syrup Frost the cake with cream in between layers And frost the cake

Don't over bake the cake Or over mix the cake
