- Take a bowl,Sieve all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,milk powder,baking powder,baking soda into the bowl and mix the dry ingredients well.
- Take an another bowl,sieve powdered sugar into the bowl.Add oil,curd and whisk them until they are mixed Thoroughly.
- Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and mix it until the batter is finely mixed.Add vanilla essence into it.
- 4.Take a baking mould,add butter paper/grease the mould evenly with 1 tbsp all purpose flour .Add the chocolate batter into the baking mould and tap the baking mould 4-5 times.
- Preheat the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 25-30 min or till tooth pick inserted into cake comes out clean.(or)Preheat the kadai for 10 min,place the bake tin into kadai and bake the cake for about 35-45 min or till the tooth pic comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and rest the cake for about 20-30 min.
- 7.We made 2 cake bases,you can make one/two cake bases.
- 1.Take a saucepan,heat the cream on low-medium flame until bubbles form around the saucepan.
- Pour this cream into the Chocolate compound and mix it very well.
- Pour the chocolate ganache all over the cake and spread it evenly.
- Make the cake more decorative and attractive as of your own choice.
